DSB centers melanin-rich skin and textured hair, while individual product suitability still depends on the formula, your routine, and your own skin or hair response.

How do I choose the right products?

Are all DSB products natural, vegan, fragrance-free, or suitable for sensitive skin?

No single label applies to the entire catalog. DSB uses plant-derived ingredients alongside cosmetic actives and functional ingredients where appropriate. Some formulas may contain fragrance, animal-derived ingredients, exfoliating acids, retinoids, silk, honey, or other materials that do not fit every preference. Check the ingredient list and directions on the individual product page before purchasing.

What if my skin is sensitive?

Patch test new products and introduce changes gradually. A product being gentle for one person does not guarantee that every sensitive complexion will tolerate it. Stronger exfoliating acids, retinoids, fragrance, or several new actives at once may increase the chance of irritation.

What hair types does DSB focus on?

DSB puts textured hair, including curls and coils across the 3A–4C spectrum, at the center of its education and product development. Curl pattern is only one clue, though. Scalp condition, porosity, density, strand condition, styling habits, buildup, moisture needs, and breakage patterns also matter.

How much is U.S. shipping?

Current standard domestic shipping is $10.99. Orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard domestic shipping. The checkout displays the shipping option that applies to the order.

What is the return or refund policy?

How should I care for DSB jewelry?

Are the guides medical advice?

No. DSB guides and quizzes are educational tools for cosmetic care and routine planning. They do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Persistent pain, severe irritation, rapidly changing skin, sores, drainage, sudden hair loss, or other concerning symptoms deserve qualified professional care.
