Using the DSB website

By using the Dark Skin Beautiful website or placing an order, you agree to use the site lawfully and not interfere with its security, operation, content, or other customers’ use of the service.

Products and product information

We work to keep product names, descriptions, ingredients, sizes, images, prices, and availability current. Handmade products and natural materials can have reasonable visual, scent, texture, or batch-to-batch variation. Product information is provided for shopping and cosmetic-care purposes and may be updated when a formula, package, supplier, or product presentation changes.

Skincare, haircare, body-care guides and quizzes are educational and do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Follow the directions and cautions on the individual product page and label, and patch test when appropriate.

Orders, prices, and availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Product availability can change, and an order may be canceled or adjusted when an item is unavailable, a listing or pricing error is discovered, payment cannot be completed, or the order presents a fraud or security concern. If DSB cancels a paid item, the applicable payment will be refunded through the original payment process.

Shipping

Current shipping information is maintained in the DSB Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees because carrier delays and circumstances outside DSB’s control can occur.

Unless otherwise indicated, DSB branding, original product descriptions, guide content, graphics, photographs, designs, and other original site content are owned by or licensed to Dark Skin Beautiful.
