Because of the nature of our handmade skincare, haircare, jewelry, and resin products, we have to keep our refund & return process simple and fair to protect both our customers and our business.

 

✅ Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.

• Opened or used products (skincare, haircare, body care) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

• Jewelry, candles, and resin items may be eligible for return or exchange if unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized orders

 

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are issued as store credit or replacement items in most cases.

• If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

 

📦 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at mydarkskinsbeautiful@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions if eligible.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
